Shipping, Returns & Privacy

Shipping 

UK: Shipping to the UK. We aim to ship all orders within 72 hours Monday – Friday. International: If you live abroad and would like to purchase an IBBLOTTA product we can advise shipping costs to your location. Buyers are responsible for any customs tariffs, handling charge or VAT incurred.

Delivery

If you have any special time requirements for delivery please get in touch with us. For all Alpage orders we use the Royal Mail ‘track & trace’ service. All other orders are ‘signed for’. Please provide a secure delivery address. We are not liable for orders lost due to inaccurate address details. If we are delivering to a business/institution address IBBLOTTA shall be deemed to have delivered your order to the intended recipient by having it signed by staff at that address. We don’t deliver to a P.O. Box Number. We accept no liability if delivery is not made due to the recipient being unavailable, or not contacting their local sorting office within a reasonable time to arrange collection or re-delivery.

Returns

If a product doesn’t work out for you, we offer an exchange or store credit. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your item to request a return. You must send back the purchase in perfect condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Items should be posted back to us prepaid, within 7 days of the original shipping date. We recommend that you insure the package, and obtain a tracking number, as Ibblotta cannot be held responsible for lost packages. We don’t reimburse return shipping costs or customs charges.

Privacy policy

At IBBLOTTA we respect and protect any personal information you share with us. We collect information that is necessary for the purpose you are providing it: your Billing Address, Shipping Address, Email Address and Payment Information. We also collect information on your IP address, browser type, and Refer URL data: to prevent hacking attempts, help us know what web browsers people are using, and find out where our visitors are coming from so that we can improve our marketing. Cookies and Browser Information. Cookies are small files that reside on your computer and allow us to recognise you on your next visit or store your shopping cart contents. We use them only to track this information. By providing your details, you have consented to give the necessary information so we can fulfil your order. We would love to say hello from time to time. We will ask you your consent to 'opt-in' to keep in touch. We promise not to bombard you with information. You can withdraw your consent at any time from any marketing messages you receive by selecting the unsubscribe option included in those messages. We will only share with service providers who enable us to fulfil your order and deliver our products to you: Website and App providers, Couriers, payment providers, IT support, legal and other professional advisors, regulatory bodies, government and enforcement agencies, in the unlikely event that it should that be required. Based on either your marketing consent and your acceptance of cookies on our website, we may use Google/Facebook/Instagram etc. to show you products that may interest you while you are browsing the internet.
