Shipping 

UK: Shipping shown at check out. International: If you live further away and would like to purchase an IBBLOTTA product, do please email helloibblotta@gmail.com and we will be happy to advise shipping costs based on your specific location.

Buyers are responsible for any customs taxes, tariffs, handling charge or VAT that may occur in their country. We aim to ship all orders within 72 hours Monday – Friday.

Delivery

For all high ticket orders we use the Royal Mail ‘signed for’ service so your parcel will have to be signed for on delivery. We willl send you a shipping number so that you can check the progress of your order. Please nominate a secure delivery address where someone you have chosen is available to sign. We will not be liable for orders lost or delayed due to inaccurate or incomplete address details so please do take time to check accuracy before ordering from us.

We are unable to deliver to an address containing a P.O. Box Number. If we are delivering to a business or institution address IBBLOTTA shall be deemed to have delivered your order to the intended recipient by delivering it to, and having it signed by, the receptionist or post room staff of that address. If no one is at the location to sign for the delivery then a card will be left informing the recipient that the postal service has tried to deliver. They will request that the recipient contacts their local sorting office to arrange collection or to re-deliver at a suitable date. We accept no liability if delivery is not made due to the recipient not being available or due to the recipient failing to contact their local sorting office within a reasonable time to arrange collection or re-delivery.

Returns

If you are in any way dissatisfied with our products or our service we will always do our best to ensure that we resolve the problem to your satisfaction. You may return your items within 7 working days from date of receiving it for a full refund. You will need to notify us at helloibblotta@gmail.com. We will need the original proof of purchase, your name and address, and the product returned unused and in its original packaging. We cannot reimburse for return postage/shipping costs and buyers are responsible for any customs taxes that may occur. Any such costs will be deducted from the refund as appropriate. We recommend that you insure the package, and obtain a tracking number, as IBBLOTTA cannot be held responsible for any lost packages. Any damaged / visibly used merchandise will not be eligible for a return. Sale items are non-refundable.

Privacy policy

At IBBLOTTA we will respect and protect any personal information you share with us. We collect information that is necessary for the purpose you are providing it: your Billing Address, Shipping Address, Email Address and Payment Information. We also collect information on your IP address, browser type, and Refer URL data. We do this to prevent hacking attempts, help us know what web browsers people are using, and find out where our visitors are coming from so that we can improve our marketing. Cookies and Browser Information. Cookies are small files that reside on your computer and allow us to recognise you on your next visit or store your shopping cart contents. We use them only to track this information. By providing your details, you have consented to give the necessary information so we can fulfil your order. We would love to say hello from time to time. We will ask you your consent to 'opt-in' to keep in touch. We promise that we will not bombard you with information. You can withdraw your consent at any time from any marketing messages you receive by selecting the unsubscribe option included in those messages. We will only share with service providers who enable us to fulfil your order and deliver our products to you: Website and App providers, Couriers, payment providers, IT support, legal and other professional advisors, regulatory bodies, government and enforcement agencies, in the unlikely event that it should that be required. Based on either your marketing consent and your acceptance of cookies on our website, we may use Google/Facebook/Instagram etc. to show you products that may interest you while you are browsing the internet.
